The Ijede Local Council Development Area (LCDA) will on Monday, August 4, 2025, launch its Summer Coaching Programme, a free academic support initiative for pupils in public primary schools across the community.
This initiative, tagged “Read Today, Lead Tomorrow”, is designed to provide intensive academic revision, reduce academic gaps, and keep pupils engaged productively during the holiday period.
The coaching which starts Monday is expected to run till Friday, August 22, 2025, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm daily. It holds Monday to Friday every week.
According to the Chief Press Secretary to the Chairman, Ijede LCDA, Gbolahan Omotosho, approved designated coaching centers are:
Community Primary School, Abule Eko.
Anwar-UL-Islam Primary School, Ijede.
Methodist Primary School, Oke-Eletu.
Igbe Ogunro Community Model Primary School, Ijede.
